Job Details
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- LL.M in Taxation.
- 4+ years of experience specializing in tax law, ideally at a mid to large-sized law firm or at a top 10 public accounting firm.
- Mergers & Acquisitions experience.
