As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Drafting comprehensive wills and trusts, and preparing estate planning documents in accordance with client needs and legal requirements.
2. Providing expert advice on tax planning, asset protection, and charitable giving strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
3. Conducting client meetings, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored legal counsel and advice.
4. Staying updated with the latest developments in estate planning law, tax laws, and probate procedures to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant advice.
5. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
6. Utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. Upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
Qualifications:
Candidates for the Permanent Associate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Arizona Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection.
4. Proven experience in drafting wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
5. Expert knowledge of tax laws, probate procedures, and other relevant legal principles.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
