AmeriLux is looking to add to our growing supply chain team!

Role Facts:

• Source and procure a wide range of materials, goods, and services while ensuring a win-win relationship with external contacts.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Detailed forecasting to accurately understand inventory needs.
• Understand top customers and their respective purchasing habits to drive ideal company profitability and value proposition.
• Build portfolio of prospective manufactures (capabilities, current distribution, cultural alignment, product offerings).
• Identify leading and lagging indicators that may determine business success over the short and long-term.
• Assist with various financial analysis outside of inventory
