About the Job
We are currently seeking a motivated and agile Channel Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The Channel Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth across our core marketing channels. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end planning, content creation and performance management of email, social and web. The ideal candidate will have previous experience driving forward robust channel and performance marketing strategies that enable brand and channel growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual channel and content marketing strategy
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social, email, marketing and web channels
- Outline and craft web, email and social media copy
- Partner with an external agency to manage and optimize SEM & SEO
- Develop and execute email and social campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Support the execution of global marketing campaigns as the channel lead
- Partner with an external agency to manage and optimize SEM & SEO
- Develop and maintain channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and automation.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure marketing assets are optimized for maximum performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on channel or performance marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing, and social media.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hubspot and Sprout Social experience a plus.

Compensation:
Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with prior experience. The salary is expected to be between $75,000 - $85,000 per year based on relevant experience. IWBI is committed to pay equity, and any offers extended will be contingent on a variety of factors including internal and external parity as well as the specific experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
