Auric Private Wealth LLC DBA Auric Capital Partners LLC is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to providing personalized financial planning and investment management for a select group of ultra-high net worth clients and foundations. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as Associate - Client Service. The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our advisors and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success and growth of our firm.
The person in this position will gain valuable experience across all aspects of an ultra-high net worth wealth management firm. This position will have responsibilities across multiple areas of the firm. They will be involved in operations, client relationships, business development, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their needs promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of client meetings and presentations.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain client records and documentation accurately and securely.
- Process account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client paperwork, including account forms and agreements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and third-party service providers.
- Daily monitoring of account alerts (ie: Margin alerts, collateral calls, deposits, check declines, overdrafts, funds due notifications, fraud alerts)
- Daily recap emails
- Operational Efficiency:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- Anticipate and proactively address client needs and concerns.
- Business Development/Marketing
- Track developing new business opportunities in CRM.
- Manage firm’s LinkedIn and social media.
- Coordinate with outside marketing firm.
- Business Management
- Create workflows to be input into Playbook Builder.
- Train future associates.
- Proactively seek opportunities to service clients and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and follow up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
Ideal candidate will have experience for high end of salary range
- Series 7 License or ability to obtain license within six months

- Orion Advisor
- Playbook Builder
