Duties and Responsibilities
- To oversee schedule adherence, periodic reporting, lessons learned incorporation and the like to ensure large teams of project managers are able to advance their projects with new job aids, training, written content and more.
- Coordinating project work with transportation projects and a wide variety of subject matter experts
- Incorporation of lessons learned into future guidance to project teams
- Provide support to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders such as design firms, project managers, subject matter experts, managers, public agency administrators and the like
- Starting knowledge of the design process for public funded transportation agencies
- Role will contribute to advancing a public agency library of manual writing, specification development, CADD drawing standard details and the like
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or closely related field from accredited university;
- 1+ years of experience in the civil engineering field;
- Hands-on experience with roadway design software such as Microstation or Autocad;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, and Excel;
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Authorization to work in the United States immediately;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- Working knowledge of ORD software or similar
- Experience with roadway design;
- Team leadership skills
