_This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site._
This role supports the US Brand teams, HP Operations, Value & Access Solutions and Sales teams in identifying consent and preference requirements, translating them into requirements, creating implementation plans, and delivering consent and preference management and oversight that allows these teams to comply with legal and privacy requirements while meeting their individual team goals. The role requires expertise in data management, reporting, key performance metrics, consent and preference management, and exclusion management.
The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, deep familiarity with industry data sources, and a strong focus on consent and preference management. They will use analytics and reporting for projects including, but not limited to, integration of consent and preference and exclusion data within other process, systems, and our data warehouse. They will also develop SOPs and work instructions on the application of the consent, preference, and exclusion information within analytics, reporting, omnichannel/digital campaigns, and personal and non-personal customer interactions.
The individual will collaborate with various teams to identify business requirements, translate these into system requirements, business processes, data warehousing, reporting data structures, and reporting designs. They will create implementation plans and deliver analytics and quality reporting to ensure consistency between the system of record and all downstream integrations. They will also manage the SLA for shared services, vendors, and IT partners.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage data governance of the consent and preference process, system lead for our OneTrust system, lead for integration design for downstream systems and sites, accountable for all SOPs and working instructions specific to consent and preference business rule applications, and providing actionable insights that help drive key business decisions.
• Liaison between HP Operations, Field Sales & Marketing, IT, Data Privacy, Legal and Compliance in the management and application of consent and preference and exclusion information based on evolving privacy, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Manages multiple information management projects. Manages people and/or processes within cross matrix teams to define, implement and deliver BI data assets and reporting solutions and will be a key influencer with management and stakeholders.
• Responsible for executing departmental procedures and collaborating within the organization to ensure the marketing strategy is integrated and interpreted into effective data assets and reporting.
• Provide data consulting expertise to all US Human Pharma functions regarding consent and preference management.
• Recommend best practices for data usage and drive US HP’s integrated data strategy to maximize analytical and reporting strategic value.
• Establish data quality standards, ensuring consent and preference information is consistent across all downstream systems.
• Build and share knowledge of analytical and reporting methodologies and high-quality vendors with others in the department.
• Responsible for leading the update and enhancement of information management datasets to enable targeting, planning, performance measurement, non-personal communication, and incentive compensation processes.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of analytic or reporting experience with relevant data sources and analytical methodologies; Or
+ Master's degree from an accredited institution and five (5) years of experience with relevant data sources and analytical methodologies.
+ Three to five (3-5) years of experience in managing vendors.
+ Data processing experience.
+ Information architecture or business architecture experience.
+ Experience in understanding customer needs, incorporating in deliverable, and ensuring recommendations/results and implemented.
+ Experience in coordinating insights from disparate functions and sources, into a comprehensive and insightful analysis and reporting solutions and/or recommendation.
+ Strong interpersonal abilities, can manage multiple projects at the same time.
+ Proficiency in the development, planning and communication of analysis and reporting plans.
+ Familiarity with data processes methodologies including SQL, SAS, R, ODL and reporting technologies (e.g., Tableau).
+ Expertise in pharmaceutical sales data, payer data, claims data, data processing, modeling, visualizations.
Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities
• Expertise in Data Governance of consent & preference management; experience with OneTrust a plus.
• Expertise in the management of exclusions within Data Governance Processes.
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Ability to lead without authority
Compensation Data
This position offers a base salary typically between $135,000 and $232,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements.
