Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Systems and Operations, the Associate Director of Enrollment Management Systems and Operations will provide operational and systems management support for the Office of Enrollment Management. The Associate Director will lead the development of applications and forms within our current CRM while supporting the implementation and ongoing administration of new enrollment technology (Technolutions Slate CRM). The Associate Director will perform business and system analysis to ensure ongoing development and maintenance of admissions systems. They will also lead staff to support the day-to-day operations and collaborate very closely with internal offices to provide a seamless flow of information to offices throughout the campus while providing platforms for students and learners to apply and enroll.
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $75,000 - $85,000.
Responsibilities:- Systems Administration: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of core enrollment systems (Technolutions Slate, Target X, PeopleSoft).
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and collaborate with staff to optimize admissions operations to align with the university's enrollment goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze, document, and refine processes and procedures for greater efficiency.
- Database Management: Maintain the integrity, performance, and security of critical databases supporting enrollment operations.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Innovation and Technology: Research, prototype, and implement new technologies and process enhancements to stay at the forefront of enrollment management practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about emerging trends in enrollment management technologies and best practices.
- User Support and Training: Equip staff in enrollment management with the skills and knowledge to use PeopleSoft and CRM tools effectively.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer-related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in using PeopleSoft or similar technology at an educational institution.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, eight (8) years of experience, or an Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years of experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing CRMs (Salesforce, Technolutions Slate, or other CRMs).
- One (1) to two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in analysis and evaluation of data.
