As an Associate E-Commerce Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by compiling eCommerce customer feedback and identifying trends. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and tracking data from various e-commerce platforms to provide valuable insights to the Quality Compliance Team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize product reviews, customer questions and customer feedback from multiple e-commerce and Retail Customer platforms, including Amazon and our own websites.
- Coordinate Product Compliance inquiries for Amazon US and Amazon Canada, including entry of the inquiry into the Complaint Management database (Salesforce), gathering of required documentation, and collaboration with Regulatory Compliance, Product Management and Quality Compliance on response submission.
- Track data and identify patterns and emerging trends in customer feedback, questions, and/or review data related to product performance. Based on identified patterns, recommend product improvement opportunities to the Quality Specialist and Regulatory Compliance Specialist.
- Escalate all reviews that contain complaints about an alleged injury or other adverse event involving a product to the Regulatory Department.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings and recommendations for product improvement (including website modifications).
- Review complaint data and identify in-warranty recoverable part costs.
- Assist with other Quality/Regulatory activities, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear and concise communication style
- Strong attention to detail and Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as be a strong contributor in a cross functional team environment on complex projects.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer review systems
Education/Experience
- Customer Service or another related field
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
