What to Expect
Responsible for supporting HCI OEM Manager as it pertains to the OEM CPO programs, OEM Complimentary Maintenance (CM) programs and the HPP and GPP programs. This position will be responsible for understanding OEM strategies and CPO/CM program performance, in an effort to formulate HCI's go to market support approach. Additional scope will include supporting HCA finance teams with insurance reporting for OEM quarterly business reviews and executive meetings, HCI Advances and Enhanced programs, executive communication, strategy development, business planning (including objective development), reporting, dashboards, etc.
What You Will Do
1. Collaborate with OEM on:
• mid to long term business plans for CPO and CM programs
• sales objectives
• strategies and execution plans in support of OEM and HCI sales goals
2. Evaluate OEM programs performance in terms of claims, service levels, budget, and risks against objectives and present recommendations for improvement
• Support analytical projects including planning, scheduling and status reporting to ensure successful implementation
• Support on-going business performance review (monthly, quarterly, annual) to define current state of the business, identify risks / opportunities, and develop action plan on OEM products
3. Propose, develop and launch executive level reports and dashboards for OEM programs
• Maintain calendar of OEM reporting, track SLAs and distribution of each OEM report
• Capture and communicate business requirements for changes to OEM reporting
• Manage, prioritize and communicate status of OEM requests
• Support OEM's DATA requests
4. Build relationships and partner with field sales to develop customized dealer incentive programs to drive sales volume and penetration.
• Assist in developing long term customized deal strategy to support business growth
• Assist in the development of deal proposals for dealer presentation
5. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
• 3+ years in Strategy, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent combined experience in all disciplines.
• Consulting Experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills
• Self-directed and results oriented
• Exceptional presentation and development skills
