- Maintains rapport with Clients by making regular contact to develop strong relationships
- Prepares cases for litigation
- Monitors case progress and provides guidance to Paralegal Team
- Have a mindset of being willing to learn and be mentored by experienced attorneys
- Detail-oriented with exceptional writing and research skills; superb verbal communication skills
- Has trial experience on plaintiff or defense side
- Ideal to have insurance defense law experience
- Ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda
- Self-starter and motivated with the ability to be thorough
- J.D. Licensed by State of Texas Bar preferred, but will consider other state license
