Summary
The Associate Regional Sales Manager – Reconstruction (ARSM) is a field-based role that will assist in driving the future of soft tissue matrices and developing new customer relationships. Focusing on customers in target markets, and with an understanding of market dynamics, the Associate Regional Sales Manager is to assist the Regional Sales Manager in maximizing revenue growth by collaboratively promoting the AlloSource Acellular Dermal Matrix product lines for soft tissue reconstructive surgery within an assigned regional territory. The ARSM will work directly with the Regional Sales Manager, Independent Agents, Surgeons, OR staff, Materials Management, Procurement, and other stakeholders throughout various aspects of the product sales cycle.

Pay: $57,248/yr. - $70,000/yr. based on relevant years of experience
Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus : (6% Commission rate on all sales realized up to the assigned Sales Quota; 10% Commission rate on all sales realized above the assigned Sales Quota)
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Newark, NJ -general vicinity (This is a field position and the person must live within 60 miles of a major airport)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support sales of AlloSource surgical products through physician office, hospital inpatient/outpatient, hospital surgery center and ambulatory surgery center sites of care throughout a defined territory for existing and prospective customers.
- Assist with presentations, training, and support of AlloSource surgical products to key customer stakeholders, and Independent
- Provide technical support to customers around surgical (& non-surgical) products &
- Observe surgery routinely and report on key issues, trends, competitor efforts, or results of alternate methods.
- Upsell/maximize account penetration for assigned
- Staff conventions, bio-skills & cadaveric programs in the area, regionally and nationally as scheduled. Routinely keep tabs and inform Regional Sales Manager of sales efforts, opportunities, competitive threats, and territory trends in order to monitor and advance business
- May perform customer service activities for a defined area and operate as the primary customer point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within assigned
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives. This includes management of consignment and trial-based inventories, assisting with quarterly cycle counts, and consignment inventory issue resolution.
- Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company
- Obtain and maintain applicable vendor credentialing required for hospital and operating room access.
- Overnight travel required up to 50 percent.
- Driving is an essential function of this position.
- May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- In lieu of degree, 7 years’ related experience
- 3-5 years medical sales or marketing experience within a hospital, surgery center, or physician office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing and comprehension)
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or related field
- Sales or marketing experience in medical device, human cells, tissues, cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps), surgical, implantable, or disposable products
- Operating room experience
- Experience selling directly within Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery or Urogynecology markets
