Immediate opportunity for an Associate Scientist with a love and genuine interest in working in the laboratory. As an Associate Scientist, you will execute typical lab assays, cell culture and cell-based assays, and corresponding data analysis. This role is supporting the team in execution of in vitro studies in the lab.

responsibilities:

• Cell culture (primary cells and cell lines) and aseptic techniques
• ELISA and/or MSD
• Cell-based assays
• Nice to have: flow cytometry experience

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree 3+ YOE or MS 1+ YOE and in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology or a related subject area.
• Hands-on experience in cell culture and cell-based assays
• Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques like RNA extraction, qPCR and/or dPCR
• Hands-on experience Flow cytometry and multi-parametric analysis (5+ colors) experience, ELISA, MSD (preferred)
• Computer literacy, especially proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Previous drug discovery experience
• Attention to detail, translating into high-quality results and experiments recording.
• Pro-active, enthusiastic and a desire to learn and be part of a highly productive team
