+ Schedule: Full-time DAY 36 hrs wkly 7a-730p every 3rd weekend and rotating Holiday

Responsibilities
Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of an assigned clinical area.
+ Greet patients, visitors, and new admissions.
+ Answer general inquiries and schedules patients for appointments.
+ Answer, screen, and route telephone calls.
+ Perform general clerical duties including filing, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
+ Create various reports and documents as assigned.
+ Help patients/residents with basic technology and social media.
+ Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient care.
+ Perform unit safety checks.
+ Assist with meeting patient needs and escalate as appropriate.
+ May assist with meals, pass and collect trays, pass out activities, and transport patients/residentsthrough facility.
+ May assist with stocking supplies and keeping unit and patient rooms clean and orderly.
+ May maintain staff schedules and timekeeping as assigned.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
