Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all residents and foster positive relationships.
- Lead and Train: Assist in training and supervising staff, serving as a leader within a dynamic on-site team.
- Uphold Our Values: Embrace and exemplify REE’s mission, vision, and values while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Engage with Residents: Meet and greet prospects in person and over the phone, assisting residents with inquiries and maintenance requests.
- Manage Financial Operations: Assist in rent collection, recordkeeping, and processing security deposits and fees.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate site records, including resident files, inspections, and budgets.
- Community Engagement: Participate in marketing outreach programs and resident retention activities, like National Night Out.
- Enhance Curb Appeal: Help maintain the community's visual appeal, ensuring model apartments and tour routes are in pristine condition.
- Support Site Operations: Schedule vendors and assist with capital improvement projects and maintenance requests.
- Perform Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of three years of progressive property management and leasing agent experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Yardi and Knock is a plus.
- Professionalism: Maintain a respectful and professional office environment for applicants, residents, and fellow employees.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Fair Housing Laws is essential.
- Driver’s License: Current valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle are required.
- Bilingual: Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, and navigate stairs as needed.
