Are you a dynamic health professional eager to make a tangible difference? We’re hiring Industrial Health Clinicians to provide top-tier wellness and injury prevention services to our workforce. We’re seeking PRN team members available for intermittent coverage, Monday through Friday, on 1st and 2nd shifts.

Who You Are:

• An Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant with an active license in the state you are applying.
• Passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting wellness.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching to employees.
• Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
• Implement work simulation and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching.
• Engage staff in health initiatives and promote injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to support workplace health.
• Track, analyze, and report program metrics to measure impact.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Dress Code: Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE.
