Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice
- Draft legal documents and contracts
- Represent clients in court and negotiations
- Stay updated on legal trends
- Maintain organized case files
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar (in good standing)
- 2-5 years of legal experience
- Strong research and communication skills
- Client-focused and detail-oriented
