Attorney- Litigation Associate - Solomon Search Group

AV Preeminent® rated law firm, with two offices in South Florida, seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Coral Gables location. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation experience who is interested in being part of a dynamic and collegial team in a medium sized law firm. The position will have partner oversight in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, discovery, and client reporting.

Qualifications:

• Fully bilingual in English/Spanish
• 4 plus years of litigation experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Experience in defense.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Experience with written discovery processes.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and without constant supervision.
• Flexible and collaborative attitude.
• Team player with a strong ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Licensed to practice law in Florida, with experience in any of the following:

• Commercial litigation
• Civil litigation
• Business litigation
• Insurance defense litigation
