We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in one or more of the following practice areas: Corporate Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law, Employment &
Labor Law, or Cyber Security Law.
- Manage and grow a portable book of business with a minimum value of $600,000.
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic counsel to clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest legal trends, regulations, and best practices in your practice area.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the state bar.
- A portable book of business with a minimum value of $600,000.
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Corporate Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law,
Employment & Labor Law, or Cyber Security Law.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a book of business.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
