I am working with two national firms on both coasts and fully remote that are looking for attorneys with experience in Affordable Housing and Low Income Tax Credits.

These firms have exceptional culture and stress work/life balance. There are separate opportunities for junior level (3+ years) and senior level (10+ years). 

The right candidate will have the following:

• Affordable Housing and Low Income Credit experience
• Multifamily Housing experience
• FHA, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Home Loan Banks, municipal bond insurance, letters of credit, insurance company guarantees, short-term cash-backed bond financing, and total return swap financing structures
• General Real Estate transnational experience

Other helpful backgrounds include: Business cash flow, Bankruptcy and Tax. However, Affordable Housing and Low Income Tax Credit experience in multifamily housing developments are most important
