The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer.

Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
- Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
- Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data
- Assist accounting with coding of invoices for service department, payroll and other requests
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator required.
- Previous experience as an Audi Warranty Administrator preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow up.
Pay: $38 / per hour. This position is also eligible for hourly compensation up to an additional $2 per hour based on performance.
