Position: Audio Visual Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Audio Visual Analyst to join their team! In this role, you will support the team by setting up audio-visual equipment in conference rooms and providing desktop support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will interact with executives and play a key role in ensuring seamless meetings. .
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage audio-visual equipment in various conference rooms using Crestron technology.
- Provide technical support for desktop environments, including setup and troubleshooting of PCs.
- Assist in coordinating and executing AV setups for meetings and events.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Experience in desktop support or a willingness to learn AV technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Crestron equipment.
- Prior experience in an AV role.
