Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform audits, reviews, and compilations in accordance with GAAP and other applicable standards.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for clients in various industries.
- Analyze financial data, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate audit findings effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor junior staff and assist with their professional development.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and tax laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred).
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on auditing.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, audit standards, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
