Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience in audit, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of audit standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of managing successful teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
