Responsibilities

• Meet monthly new business production goals and objectives
• Meet daily production requirements; quoting, calling, talk time, number of policies bound.
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels; including networking, referrals and incoming live transfer calls, outbound warm leads.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Have a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and BE COACHABLE.
• Possess a sense of urgency with all tasks.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Can handle the ever-changing Florida Insurance market
• Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license (willing to hire without one, if all other requirements are met)
• Professionalism: Maintain a polish and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
• Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide exception service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
