Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person: 

• Assist customers and technicians in selecting the right parts and accessories
• Look up and provide accurate parts pricing and availability
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries for parts and services
• Process parts orders, invoices, and returns efficiently
• Maintain a well-organized and stocked parts inventory
• Ensure accurate tracking and recording of parts received and distributed
• Assist in keeping the parts department clean, organized, and presentable
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely parts delivery for repairs
• Stay updated on new product offerings and industry trends
• Use dealership software to track inventory and process transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and customer interactions
   

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person: 

• Previous Automotive Retail experience required
• Dealership experience is a plus!
• Must have good organizational and basic computer skills
• Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be a dependable, friendly 'people person' with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
