Automation Maintenance Technician (Cosmetics Experience)
7:00am - 3:30pm (Subject to change)
Sun - Thurs OR Tues – Sat available
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour, DOE
A custom cosmetics company specializing in personalized beauty solutions is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in robotics and automation. The ideal candidate will have a background in the beauty industry to effectively support production objectives while maintaining high-quality standards. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robotic and automated equipment integral to the production processes. - Perform regular maintenance and repairs on robotic and automation systems used in our cosmetic production processes.
- Monitor and adjust robotic and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new robotic and automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience with robotics and animatronics, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Background or experience in the beauty industry (hair or skin care) is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
