Test Manager Automation:
- Contractor will perform overall project management along with maintaining metrics and dashboards
- Minimum 10 Years of experience
- Contractor will perform estimation and resource capacity planning with team governance and control
- Contractor will communicate with IT owners, business owners and products or team members.
- Contractor will respond to technical queries, perform onsite-offshore coordination, build work plan and report generation.
- Contractor will build and configure new interfaces to support testing activities.
- Contractor will act as one of the team representatives to Stakeholders and user groups within relevant testing phases
- Contractor will assist with test plan articulation, planning, and management of individual testing events.
Process Architect Automation:
- Contractor will review, design, analyze and implement the existing and new automation framework.
- Contractor will also explore and implement new frameworks using other Programming and Scripting Languages like Python, Javascript etc.
- Contractor will improve the current test automation processes and perform code optimizations
- Contractor will implement a scalable approach for the new Application upgrades
- Contractor will implement QA process improvement for blending, optimizing, and growing to enable structure, stability, and growth
- Contractor will perform Industry standard/ best practices alignment for continuous improvements
