Automation Tester - TechDigital

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing of Client/Server/Web Applications
• Extensive experience in unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, back-end testing, and browser compatibility testing.
• Experience in applying data insights to figure out customer experience issues.
• Hands on experience on Kibana querying.
• Ability to document and track defects in Agility, so understood by development team and product owner.
• Extensive experience working with Business and Functional Requirement Documents in analyzing and creating Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Ability to work under pressure and have good time management skills.
• Ability to support testing for 3+ developers.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to assist with data load/data recreation for developers.
• Self-directed, with the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• Can rapidly come up to speed on a highly critical application.
• Knowledgeable in Core Java, JDBC, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Some mainframe knowledge preferred; experience with TSS or TSS Xpress a plus!
• Experience in test automation preferred.
