Position Summary:
AAA USA, Inc. is seeking experienced Automotive Assembler to join our team. Automotive Assembler is responsible for assembling and installing door components on Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring that each door meets the company’s quality and safety standards. This role is integral to the vehicle production line and requires attention to detail, precision, and adherence to assembly protocols. Assemblers will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and efficiency are essential.
Essential Functions:
- Experience as an automotive technician (automotive mechanic)
- Working knowledge of shop equipment
- Assemble and install door components, including window regulators, latches, locks, handles, wiring, and interior trim.
- Install and align doors onto vehicle frames, ensuring proper fit, function, and finish.
- Follow specific assembly instructions, specifications, and safety protocols for each vehicle model.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery required for door assembly, including power drills, impact wrenches, and alignment tools.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of assembly tools to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive assembly or manufacturing is preferred
- Tasks often include vehicle repair including part replacement on new cars, electrical diagnostic and repair on vehicles, etc.
- Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made
