• Automotive Service Managers / Service Advisors discuss and explain recommended and/or necessary service, maintenance, and vehicle repairs with customers.

• To keep the shop/service center running efficiently and ensure we deliver the timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Automotive Service Managers / Service Advisors direct the workflow of mechanics and technicians and oversee the scheduling and staging of vehicle service/repair work.

• When serving our valued retail customers and driving retail service sales, you'll get to use technology like a fast and reliable POS and interactive dashboards, and other data management tools to track your financial success and sales growth.

To be eligible for the Automotive Service Manager / Service Advisor position, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• be legally authorized to work in the United States;
• have 1 year of experience, education, and/or training in automotive parts, tire, maintenance, and/or service sales; and,
• be able to work 5 days each week.
