Automotive Internet Sales Consultant
LA Honda World is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Manage and maintain the internet sales process from start to finish.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads.
- Proactively prospecting potential customers through calls, emails, and text messages to set appointments.
- Negotiating and closing profitable deals via phone, text, or email.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with inventory control to ensure product availability for online orders.
- Assist with outside sales activities as needed.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Setting and monitoring personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to speak a second language preferred.
- Current valid driver’s license and sales license is required for all employees.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an internet sales role.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and discounts.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and procedures.
- Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000 to $15,000 per month
