Position Overview:
The Lube Technician is responsible for vehicle quality maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations. This entry-level position will provide training and mentorship designed to progress associates to become automotive line technicians. We provide training, tools, and uniforms!

Essential Functions:
- Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and following dealership standards
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
- Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1+ years of lube maintenance experience preferred, not required
