RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Work internet leads and inbound sales phone calls with as attention to detail.
• Utilize technology and social media effectively to market vehicles and communicate with prospective buyers.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Experience with and proper use of dealership CRM (ELead) to grow your customer base.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive sale experience preferred. 
• Experience with internet leads preferred.
• Career minded and desire to grow your customer base.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, good at handling objections and connecting with customers.
• Possess strong communication skills on the phone, in person and when using social media.
• Persistent and competitive with a good work ethic.
• Computer literate with basic math skills.
• Clean driving record required.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

• Bonus pay
• Sign-on bonus
