Automotive Sales Manager- Classic Mazda
The Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships is a family-owned group of auto dealerships, representing four new car brands and two used car superstores, that operates on a one price concept where managers and associates embrace our negotiation free sales environment and a philosophy that the customer comes first. We are looking for a result-driven, motivated Sales Manager responsible for directing sales activities at our Mazda Dealership, in business since 1999. We have been ranked #7 nationally in overall sales since 2021. We have achieved the President’s Club in Mazda’s Highest Volume Group based on overall sales and customer satisfaction for 8 years running.

Essential Duties include the following:
- Interview, hire, and train new sales associates
- Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
- Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
- Coach and Counsel sales associates
- Order/acquire new- and used-vehicle inventory
- Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs
- Display, merchandise, and promotes new- and used-vehicles
- Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
- Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments
- Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
- Follow our selling process including manager fly-bys and presenting numbers to customers
- Appraise vehicles
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Attends managers meetings as requested
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two years Buy Smart Be Happy Sales Experience in-store and online
- Comfortable and experience in closing your own deals and presenting trades
- Auto Hub experience
- F&I Experience preferred
- Must exceed current store average CSI
