Job Title: Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet vehicle owners on the drive line.
• Assess customer needs and recommend services.
• Schedule technician appointments and manage workflow.
• Provide updates to customers on service progress.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
