Job Summary:
As an Aviation Customer Service Representative (CSR) at US Sedan, you will serve as the key point of contact for aviation clients, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of our luxury ground transportation services. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage booking requests, monitor flight schedules, and coordinate with chauffeurs, ensuring high standards are met. Additionally, you will assist in growing sales, expanding the client network, and supporting operations at Fixed-Base Operators (FBOs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to aviation clients, including private jet owners, operators, and VIP passengers.
- Check in with chauffeurs to ensure smooth service execution and timely arrivals.
- Monitor flight schedules and make necessary adjustments to chauffeur arrangements.
- Assist with FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) coordination to ensure seamless service for private aviation clients.
- Address client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with airport personnel, FBOs, and clients to confirm logistics and itineraries.
- Monitor and update reservations, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
- Increase sales by building relationships with clients, networking, and promoting US Sedan's services to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with dispatch and chauffeur teams to ensure on-time arrivals and premium service quality.
- Provide status updates to clients regarding vehicle arrivals, departures, and any changes to their services.
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes or urgent requests, ensuring smooth coordination.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within aviation or luxury transportation.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using booking systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute requests efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Prior experience in sales
- Formal attire is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aviation or luxury transportation industry.
- Familiarity with FBOs and private aviation logistics.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
