This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for an Aviation Project Manager for our Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Internationa Airport (HJAIA) office .
Be involved in projects with our Aviation PM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
Your Impact
+ Establish program requirements for assigned projects.
+ Monitor/review draft and final deliverables for adherence to these requirements.
+ Follow-up on legislation and commitments associated with the project.
+ Represent the owner in the negotiation of any & all matters related to scope work, cost, schedule & contract.
+ Establish regular meetings to review project status and formulate action items.
+ Plan, direct, supervise, and manage the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
+ Monitor and regularly report to management on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones and any conditions that could impact project cost or schedule.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction management.
+ 12+ years of relevant experience.
+ Maturity in interaction and ability to operate self-sufficiently in the field.
+ Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills.
+ Knowledgeable of current technology with ability to utilize it effectively on the projects.
Preferred Qualifications
+ PMP Certification.
+ Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Managment Degree.
+ Background in constructing facilities or performing construction in an operational environment.
+ Experience in local municipalities, codes, federal and state regulations.
