Axis Connected Technologies is a leading Low Voltage/Audio Video company specializing in Commercial and Residential Audio Video services. We are on the hunt for a dynamic, driven, and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the industry.

Reports To: Director of Field Operations and Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both commercial and residential sectors. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that meet their audio and video requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and presentations to meet and exceed sales targets. Utilize your understanding of market trends and competitor activity to position Axis Connected Technologies as the preferred choice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams, including project managers and technical experts, to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding customer experiences.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within the low voltage or audio/video industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of audio/video technology and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
