  • Base Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
• Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
• Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
• Preferred: Home residence within the state of Texas
• Preferred: 3-5 years' experience serving as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Preferred: 2+ years of ABA Telehealth experience
• Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
• Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player
