We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent BI Analyst to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our data systems, developing and maintaining data analytics solutions, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and optimize data warehouse and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
2. Utilize SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
3. Design and implement BI solutions using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
4. Leverage Python for advanced data analysis and modeling.
5. Develop and maintain data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
6. Create compelling data visualizations to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
7. Conduct business analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decisions.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
9. Continuously monitor data systems performance and implement improvements as needed.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in BI technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BI Analyst role or similar in the technology industry.
3. Proven experience with Data Warehouse, SQL, ETL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
4. Solid understanding of data governance concepts and best practices.
5. Proficiency in creating data visualizations and business analytics.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
