They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type:
- Full-time and Part-time
3 Day Work Week:
Team Original Work Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Off Days- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
Team Spicy Working Days:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Off Days- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Each Team Member is scheduled only 3 days a week. Shifts are 10-12 hours in length for full time employees (to maintain 32-36 hours). Part-time employees are also on a 3 day work week and their shifts can range from 1 to 10 hours a day (anything totaling less than 32 hours a week.)
Team Members will only be scheduled on the days of their assigned team (Original or Spicy).
Back of House Positions: Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, Machinist

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 16 Years old
- Consistent and reliable

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
