ARE YOU OUR IDEAL BAKERY RESTAURANT MANAGER?

We're looking for a Bakery Restaurant Manager who can work a full-time schedule, encompassing mornings, days, weekends, and holidays as needed, while also meeting the following requirements:

• 3+ years of casual dining management experience
• Strong leadership skills with experience training, mentoring, and managing hourly employees
• Knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant industry, inclusive of P&L statements and cost management as well as creative ways to increase sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, and cash handling
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, reach, bend, stoop, and be mobile for long periods
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Hands-on personality with great communication skills
• Reliable transportation
