Currently, we have a BANK OPERATIONS UTILITY opportunity with a Bank in West Hollywood, in business since 1983 and offering business banking solutions for small businesses and business owners, by offering credit and collecting deposits. Your specific duties will include:
- Provide relief for all Operations staff and positions as necessary, including Teller, New Accounts, Bookkeeping, Note Clerk, etc.
- Train in all Operations while not covering a particular desk.
- Provide back-up for all Research.
- Perform all necessary functions as directed by the Assistant Operations Officers or Operations Officer.

- 5 years' experience in banking operations.
- Knowledge of each area in the Operations Department (Teller, New Accounts, Customer Service).
- Knowledge to ensure that all Bank policies and procedures are followed. Excellent Customer Service skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to work onsite in West Hollywood between the hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.
