Banking Teller (Wire Specialist) - Oxford Solutions, Inc

We have a new opening for a Banking Teller with a focus on Wire Transfers. Looking for someone with cash handling experience who is eager to expand their skills. Training will be provided for the wire transfer aspect of the role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 100 domestic and international wire transfers per day (training will be provided)
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily
• Identify and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a bank teller or in cash handling roles (retail, customer service) preferred
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with computers and banking software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
