Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Banquet Manager to oversee all aspects of our banquet operations. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for coordinating events, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of service for our guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial aspects of banquets
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of banquets and events, including staffing, food and beverage service, and setup
- Train and supervise banquet staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly
- Manage banquet budgets, including cost control and revenue generation
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring they meet guest expectations
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and service quality
