Midas Hospitality is seeking a Bar Back to join our team at the UPBar in St. Louis, MO. This person will be responsible for helping to ensure that the bar is well stocked as well as greeting customers as they arrive.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assisting with opening and/or closing duties for the bar
• Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine and beer
• Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping and emptying trash receptacles
• Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing rakes and processing payments as needed
• Slicing fruit for garnishing drinks
• Be knowledgeable of all in-house services as well as local information and be able to assist with customers inquiries.
• Greeting customers as they arrive and checking their IDs

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
