Job Summary:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Nature Of Work
- The Moss Center is seeking enthusiastic food and beverage staff who can provide excellent customer service in a friendly and creative environment.
- Responsibilities may include bartending or serving in a cabaret nightclub, bartending, or serving for live theatrical events, and bar-back in support of the operations of all points of sale.
- Successful candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced service environment, working well under pressure.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, and provide table food and beverage service
- Prepare cocktails
- Operating and balancing point-of-sale systems
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Provide an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year food and beverage experience
- Great Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of service best practices
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal skills: second language will be considered a plus
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
- Relevant training certificate a plus
