Duties and Responsibilities
Knows recipes for Quesadilla Gorilla menu while also pursuing constant growth to learn other mixed drinks.
Maintains FOH cleanliness and overall environment for customers.
Properly serves drinks to customers.
Maintains standards of prep for bar, including juices, syrups, infusions, garnishes, etc.
Restocks beers and liquors for bar.
Maintains bar cleanliness during open and closing shifts.
Guides customers through the Quesadilla Gorilla experience.
Displays knowledge of food items as well as liquor options.
Ensures tables are being cleaned and set up efficiently so customers will not wait any longer than necessary for a clean table.
Maintains the cleanliness of the dining area.
Possesses the ability to multitask and remains aware of several tables’ progression through the dining experience.
Practices teamwork by helping co-workers.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.

Work Environment:
Working in the hospitality industry means you work in a fast-paced environment. There are always orders to be prepared and served.
As a bartender at Quesadilla Gorilla, you will be working on your feet the entire duration of a shift. You should be comfortable working in a tight space with many other people around you. In addition, you should also be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where alcohol is served.
This position requires a lot of repetitive motion and attention to detail. You will regularly be stooping and reaching overhead, as well as shaking drinks. In addition, you should also be able to lift packages that weigh 30 pounds or more during truck deliveries..
Qualifications:
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
