Behavioral Health Clinician - LCSW/LICSW - Old Colony Elder Services

OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing information and coordination of services promoting healthy, safe lives for our consumers. We want to help them stay as active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities.

The Behavioral Health Team at OCES is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to support our consumers in the community using a person-centered approach to address complex behavioral health needs. What you'll do:

• Work directly with older adults with complex behavioral health conditions who require psychotherapy/counseling.
• Complete assessments and develop comprehensive, person-centered care plans with consumers, caregivers, and families.
• Provide advocacy, support, and assistance to address unmet needs.
• Conduct outreach to local providers about Behavioral Health services.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate support groups based on community need.

What you'll bring:

• Master's degree in social work or related field; current LCSW/LICSW license highly preferred
• Three years' clinical/community-based experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the psychological, emotional, and social needs of elders and people living with disabilities.
• Great assessment and communication skills needed.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Bilingual/Haitian Creole highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other software.
